TripView Customer Insights

1. Please advise if solution as the app is unusableWell I've used the 'lite' version for years so I got tired over not being able to store regular trips so I did what my brother did years ago and paid for the complete app I hope the paid version performs as good as the light version has served me in excess of at Least 5 years I Just hope it's as good as the free version wasThis app is so unreliable.

2. This would allow people to compare arrival and departure times for connecting different trips.Great app, good to have the real time data of your transport route.

3. If a trip is through multiple trains journeys, it will be great to be able to mark/save the first train I get onto, to make it easy to find the next train of the trip.

4. My only gripe is that since every trip you search up is saved, it creates a massive backlog of extra trips and there seems to be no way of selecting multiple trips in order to delete them.

5. While the train you took was in the past, you have to scroll down and find the exact trip, where you can easily get caught out with a wrong trip and things become harder from that point on.

6. Great app, would be good to have some sort of split view to see two trips at the same time.

7. The biggest issue is the main trips page: obviously the average smartphone 10 years ago was a lot smaller, and it made sense to have these single-row card lists.

8. Now though phones have a lot more horizontal and vertical pixel real estate to fit information in, and the trips list frustratingly wastes about half of the X-axis on blank space.

9. What a waste of my valuable time! The app shows trackwork warnings even though the trackwork doesn't start for 3 more days and doesn't affect the route the warning is on.

10. In the app it said the fast train that should be coming next has cancelled hence I had no choice but boarded the next slow train that came.

11. Cache and data cleared, uninstalled several times, restarted phone, disabled Android system webview, package installer, system launcher etc still not working.
