1. We all really are quite happy with this way to keep up with usage by day, or week, month or year and you can also check last year as well!! I kinda make a bit of a game - (weather permitting lol) of keeping the kilowatt usage down, trying to beat each day/wk 🤑 It's helpful, and pretty effiicecint! Thank you for your service 😁🐣Useless for power outages.
2. I can always pay my bill and see my usage.It doesn't let me log in.. Always get the invalid password message.. Same credentials used online work with no issues...Pretty good power company.
3. It would be nice if the chart include the aggregate total (number) for that chart.While I wish I was paying less for electric the app is great.

5. Would be great if devs could fix it.App has alway worked well and still seems to but i cannot log in with fingerprint anymore.
6. Everything's look great except charts for usage.
7. The scale is inconsistent, one chart starts from 10kwh than other starts from 0 or 15kwh.
8. Thus, I can't visually compare my usage by sliding charts from one to another.
9. The bio-metric sign-in option is checked but does not work anymore.
10. Cant report power outage bc i get an error.
11. Recently switched to 'pre-pay' & love it! So much better this way!Very good app that covers every question I could possibly think of to get answered.
