1. My account kept emptying out faster than expected and I was extremely confused, the average estimation was what I assumed was that days payment amount but instead of paying 5 for that day like I expected I payed 9.
2. I'll take an email! What's the app good for if it don't help you out.The app gives you an average estimation rather than a daily estimation which doesn't really make since when you're doing prepaid.
3. This frustrates me and I feel like it's a minor thing that can easily be improved upon, unless I just haven't figured out how to fix it.There is no reason so many ppl are having problems logging in.
4. Anything.I cannot login to my account, my email is right and so.is my account number.
5. No paper bill in the mail and I can check my statement or pay anytime day or night.
6. This app would be perfect if it wasn't for this problemNever works...there are times that my correct name and password don't work.
7. I also have biometric accessible, but it never ask me for it most of the time.Easy to use and a great time saver.
8. They are all turned on on my phone and never do I get a notification saying the bill is low.
9. This app needs a new updated or make a newer one cause this is ridiculous.
