1. Google drive backup option should be provided.Easy simple book, looking to add more options like category, filtering, autobackup with drive and ad removal options.This app is good .

2. My only request if it was possible to make a version or add an option for Time, in other words adding & subtracting HH:MM of days to track accumulated PTO.Awsome App reflecting great efforts and talents.

3. Great apps, the layout really easy on the eyes but can grasp info's in first glance.

4. It does not support double entry and there's a hassle when going from one ledger account to another because it automatically brings you to the top/first ledger account but i can tolerate it.

5. It would be better if it can be sorted in (numerical) ascending and descending orders, so that the list can be sort properly in either; from the first to latest list or vice versa, or manually according to our own priorities.

6. Just create a folder called 'Account_Manager' in your Internal Storage and copy paste the backup file in it and then this app will read it in the backup menu.

7. I like it when I can download the ledger to excel file but I hope there's a feature where i can mass select which ledgers to download.

8. I have a lot of transactions in the old one and google drive backup is not recognized by app in my new phone.

9. Really Hard to find an app as streamlined as this!! Super easy! Also hard to find one this good with no API (intrusive) permission.

10. A basic calculator that could be opened in drop box that would stay open on top in upper right corner as you made or edited entries.I love the layout of this app.

11. Adding dark theme and ability to adjust text size will earn it 5 stars.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Account Manager Issues

1. Fix Account Manager Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Account Manager: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Account Manager App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Account Manager" » Open Account Manager - Ledger Book » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Account Manager » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Account Manager - Ledger Book app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Account Manager servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Account Manager - Ledger Book" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Account Manager app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Account Manager might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Account Manager. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Account Manager then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Account Manager not working


2. Fix Account Manager Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Account Manager be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Account Manager not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Account Manager may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
