1. They don't refund on cancellation either. The samsung Visual voicemail is not great at all and this is the perfect replacement, only compliant is the bugs in the app (can't upgrade from essential to business in the app, Also no way of seeing when custom voicemail will be completed or if it was even received) and it's very overpriced, otherwise it does what is intended even if they won't let me upgrade. This used to work so well.
2. (AND a text from my printing service! And I have no idea where a voicemail is from 2 weeks ago.) Turning off call screening didn't work, so had to uninstall the YouMail app to be able to take the call, and then reinstall afterwards.
3. All good things come to an end I suppose :( Edit: Samsung does not offer this built in, Google phone app doesn't either.
4. The fact that it emails me when I get a voicemail is awesome as a person who sits and does computer work.
5. Also, regarding the contact list (contacts allowed to call you): The contact list page has a setting for number of contact per page to display.
6. It does a great job screening calls, but it also screened out tech support callbacks from Amazon.
7. I've used it for a couple years and decided to upgrade to pro because it's just that good.I initially needed this as an alternative way to get, and be notified of the arrival of voice mail messages.
8. Incoming callers are told my phone is out of service when it absolutely is not.ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS! In the three years that I've had this app it has only recorded 2 calls.
9. What it doesn't say is that your phone won't ring and they can only leave you a voicemail.
10. Right now I'm just trying to go back to my carrier's terrible native voicemail and I can't even get through the deactivate screen without an error.
11. The application details indicate that anyone on your contact list can call you.
