Not being able to generate new addresses and all existing mailboxes have been deleted or exported to another device message like everyone else is experiencing...I do see an older reply from software developer here of server maintenance and development costs to maintain ongoing operations.. Last update on the software was almost 3 years ago in Sept 2018 which can speak for itself... Thank you for your best efforts!This app is so good.

2. Its very easy to use and if your like me and need multiple emails for making multiple accounts in apps this is the perfect app because if you need to get a code from one of the previous emails you generated this app has a feature for that to.

3. It is the best anonymous email app I have ever used.I like the built-in inbox, but switching is not very intuitive, and the generation isn't as random as I like, and that spammy domain name is bound to be rejected by some sites.

1. Fix SpamBox Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SpamBox: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SpamBox App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SpamBox" » Open SpamBox - Anonymous Temp Email » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SpamBox » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SpamBox - Anonymous Temp Email app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SpamBox servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SpamBox - Anonymous Temp Email" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SpamBox app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SpamBox might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SpamBox. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SpamBox then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SpamBox not working

2. Fix SpamBox Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SpamBox be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SpamBox not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SpamBox may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
