1. I don't need another venue to keep my contact list or dial a call, but to record phone conversations.I love it! I was a Truecaller fan for a long time but this app has won me over.

2. It runs a background service so that the Caller ID comes up quickly and accurately and I haven't noticed any impact on performance (and I'm using an old smartphone with low RAM and a bargain basement CPU).

3. It would be nice if this app would record messages.I wasn't looking forward to getting a new dialer, but A.9's ugly circle contacts forced it.

1. Restart Eyecon Caller ID & Spam Block: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Eyecon Caller ID & Spam Block App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Eyecon Caller ID & Spam Block" » Open Eyecon Caller ID & Spam Block » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Eyecon Caller ID & Spam Block » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Eyecon Caller ID & Spam Block app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Eyecon Caller ID & Spam Block servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Eyecon Caller ID & Spam Block" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Eyecon Caller ID & Spam Block app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Eyecon Caller ID & Spam Block might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Eyecon Caller ID & Spam Block. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Eyecon Caller ID & Spam Block then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Eyecon Caller ID & Spam Block not working
