Why should I report an Issue with YeeCall - HD Video Calls for Friends & Family?

Also call quality gets affected with Wifi in the area & personal data package.The app is very slow some time the voice is clear but in another second it gets stucked same is the video Cal otherwise it is awesome I love it I was facing some problem to get in touch with my family members and now it is not but I believe you can make this app better please fix the bugSo frustrating when i press call and yeecall turns volume to max and destroys my eardrums pisses me off and every time it happens (and it happens a lot) i am on edge on breaking phone And often when someone accepts call my screen becomes black and phone doesnt respond at all to my fingers until that person ends call Such a shame because it is probably best app in its class And connection is sometimes pain in the ass not calling or ending call on its own Fix those things and u will get ur 5starsGreat app.

2. Sometimes it takes time to setup... Showing connection issue always in the beginning.. but after few seconds it will be fine.hroup chat and videos are awesome.. keep it up... Appreciatedbest app for voice nd video calling, it was fine in iphone, currently im using it in android but there some tik-tik voice in between while talking voice call, i suggest to please rectify that problem and also please add option for status and atleast 180 character lengthIt sucks.

It says no SMS is available.-needs the ability to change color theme -help files are almost nonexistent -freezes outgoing video when using chat and drawing features -needs an easier way to to switch between live video call and other featuresIt keeps telling me you're not connected, please login ,sometimes it doesn't work on wifi i have to switch to data 4g to work .

4. It needs lots of improvementsNot able to connect on wifi, it always says connection issue.. But if we change it to data it will connect the call and after conenct the call if we change it wifi then its working... There's bug on last update.. Pls fix itExcellent app.. but once updating my iphone to IOS 12.0 and later version it start crashing .. so i try to reinstall it .. but it was removed from App store .

5. It's so annoying to never hear the incoming call ring but just getting a missed call notification.

6. The notification for incoming call is poor.

7. It was working fine until it stopped sending messages.

8. Uninstalled and installed again and now worst because it doesnt let me login.

1. Fix YeeCall Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart YeeCall: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the YeeCall App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "YeeCall" » Open YeeCall - HD Video Calls for Friends & Family » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for YeeCall » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear YeeCall - HD Video Calls for Friends & Family app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from YeeCall servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "YeeCall - HD Video Calls for Friends & Family" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check YeeCall app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, YeeCall might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall YeeCall. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall YeeCall then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing YeeCall not working

2. Fix YeeCall Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make YeeCall be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to YeeCall not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, YeeCall may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
