1. Maybe bandwidth needs to be improved? Otherwise, super fast access and audio quality is as good as talking in real life.I don't even know how the app works since I am not able to sign in after signing up, signed up successfully, but was not able to log into the app in order to even see the other features...I am already greeted with problems at the door, so please fix this as it doesn't give this app good reviews based on something which should have been fixed by now as I am not the only one complaining about this issueThis app wouldn't open when I needed it to open and I have missed an important meeting.

2. Other video calling apps work fine in my location but this one seems to fail in locations with slow data speed.The mobile app has lots of gliches, the pages dont show properly which is a shame since I would like to use it from my mobile together with Setmore.

3. Ruined my interview schedule.Worst app ever used.. doesn't support Bluetooth audio devices and it's manufacturer anywhereworks is just a startup and need to use more of it's creativity to build an app which is compatible in every aspect.Can't log in from phone.

4. Put a way to join the stupid meetings using a link like the rest of the video call appsIt's so good to have someone to help you along the way with your foundation.

5. Error message "There was an issue signing you in." This keeps happening but it works on a PC.The video chat room doesn't work.

7. Tried to sign up again with the same email only to find out that it is already been used (which is means im succesfully signed up).

8. I tried to join an interview meeting through a link sent to me and the app kept crashing persistently.

9. I then tried to login and it responded that I need to sign-up as my account did not exist.

10. If you fix those things you can have a great program there with great integrations with other apps.Overall good experience.

1. Fix Teleport.Video Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Teleport.Video: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Teleport.Video App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Teleport.Video" » Open Teleport.Video » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Teleport.Video » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Teleport.Video app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Teleport.Video servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Teleport.Video" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Teleport.Video app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Teleport.Video might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Teleport.Video. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Teleport.Video then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Teleport.Video not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Teleport.Video be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
