1. Trying to activate your phone is like rocket science.This current service is Horrible! My Service inside my home goes from 4Bars and 5G service to No Service without any warning ⚠️ it's not just that.
2. I'm constantly on with chat trying to figure out why they seem to ignore that I set up autopay and try to run the payment before the due date, causing me to have to deal with emails stating my service will be interrupted in 12 hours.
3. I have no other options; sorry Yahoo.Constantly and randomly lose service with no warning.
4. the Latency only Wifi is 435ms average! and upload speed is almost always never above 386kbps! and Download speed is goes from 662kbps- 6.414mb/sec (Per Open Signal software) AVOID AT ALL COST!!! MOVING BACK TO T-MOBILE ON THE 1ST!!Well this isnt a good start for a new customer.
5. Run away.This service is horrible can't get a live person and the delay between chatting conversations is so long you don't know if you're still talking with anyone and the call back setup doesn't seem to be working as well.
6. I expected some snafus because it's a new mobile company, but this is awful.I have tried numerous times to sign up for this service using both the app and the website to no avail.
7. I chatted with a pleasant customer service agent named Vivian, who assured me that none of my information came through, meaning I won't be charged for anything.
8. Phone service on other carriers was hit or miss.
9. So far with yahoo i have the best service of any phone service thus far.
10. If you have no other internet service to get help, you are out of luck.
11. Customer service is useless, they just ask me to wipe all my network settings repeatedly and eventually resort to the unsim/sim/unsim/sim method of resetting.
