Why should I report an Issue with Christmas Gift List?

1. The backup is very helpful, and I highly recommend using it, just in case!Please add ideas feature! This app is great, only thing that would make it better is if there was a place to put in gift ideas, that would not show in your list of things still to buy... that way if your don't buy it now, you still have the idea saved for later! Or maybe have a place where you could mark if you wanted it included in that list or not? Otherwise, it's perfect!This app is a great place to keep track of all my gifting and spending; much better than on my phone's notepad! The locking feature is great, too.

2. A separate space for stocking stuffers would also be awesome! For now I'll just add Stocking Stuffers as a person on my gift list and track it there.Love this app and have been using it for a couple years now.

3. Right now to combat the sync issue I backup to my Google Drive, send the file to my husband's phone via NFC, he then copies it to his Google Drive, and restores the list within his version of the app.I've only just started using it and have several suggestions for improvement.

4. It'd also be great to have either a special list you can lock or a lock feature on certain people (so that when you sync the other person can't see themselves on your list!).

5. Using it for as long as I have, 2 suggestions: it would be nice to click on gifts left to wrap under stats to see and check them off instead of opening each person individually.

6. I would love to see a sync feature so that my husband and I can see how much is left for the other person to get.

7. I mark them as "bought" after I buy them, but then I use a separate list to keep track of when things are actually delivered.

1. Fix Christmas Gift List Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Christmas Gift List: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Christmas Gift List App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Christmas Gift List" » Open Christmas Gift List » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Christmas Gift List » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Christmas Gift List app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Christmas Gift List servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Christmas Gift List" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Christmas Gift List app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Christmas Gift List might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Christmas Gift List. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Christmas Gift List then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Christmas Gift List not working

2. Fix Christmas Gift List Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Christmas Gift List be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Christmas Gift List not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Christmas Gift List may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
