Wizz Air Customer Insights

1. Worst experience no proper information and proper assistance while doing the check in they will charge you unnecessary amount which seems to be additional payment charges and in the end we don't have any options left and forcefully we need to pay the amount, flight is always delay better don't go for this cheapest flights.

2. But every damn time i try to book a flight "are you a bot?".... It's the most frustrating thing I've experienced in a long minute and I recommend another company if you can... Even if it's slightly pricier just go with that, it'll save you quite a bit of headaches...It was my first and ever last experience with Wizz air.

3. Your devs may be surprised, but people can use different wifis / celluar providers, and there's an option to verify a human via captcha, and not just deny them from their vital flight documents in an app, without any way to verify.

4. What happened in my previous trip is that the flight was overbooked and I nearly was left out of the seats;I could even check-in, even though I booked the flight in advance with Kiwi flights.

5. Worst experience ever! Your airlines might be good, but your app is trashy.I'm not a bot and my session didn't expire, write that down somewhere pls.

6. Immediately after using Wizzair app, without switching networks or anything, I open Ryanair app - and its flying! Everything is found in a matter of seconds! And I am not mentioning how they manipulate prices...Worse booking app i've ever experienced.

7. Piece of advise to get the flight with better service rather going the worst experience.

8. Also, can't access the boarding pass after take off time, but when flight was delayed and didn't take off yet, but I still asked for the pass at gates.

9. Trying to book a flight and getting since morning a message that "There seems to be internet connection on your appliance".

10. Tried submitting a claim for refund of overpaid flight fee and requesting special needs assistance but unable to.

11. What a joke.The app didn't alow me to check in, saying the session went too long and I had to restart (just opened the app).

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Wizz Air Issues

1. Fix Wizz Air Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Wizz Air: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Wizz Air App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wizz Air" » Open Wizz Air - Book, Travel & Save » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wizz Air » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Wizz Air - Book, Travel & Save app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wizz Air servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wizz Air - Book, Travel & Save" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Wizz Air app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wizz Air might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Wizz Air. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wizz Air then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wizz Air not working


2. Fix Wizz Air Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wizz Air be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wizz Air not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wizz Air may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
