1. I could go on but clearly the designers don't travel...This is a fantastic app! With all the features including parking spots availability at the airport, which parking lot is closest and updates on tracked flights in push notofications mode - superb! Bravo!Very useful, even if you don't live in Vienna.

2. Unable to upload a QR code from a screenshot of an electronic ticket, does not show boarding times which given that Austrian airlines issues boarding passes with boarding instead of departure times means you can't match the two.

3. Immature application that you can't easily stop from eating power and tracking your movements.

1. Fix ViennaAirport Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ViennaAirport: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ViennaAirport App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ViennaAirport" » Open ViennaAirport » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ViennaAirport » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ViennaAirport app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ViennaAirport servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ViennaAirport" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ViennaAirport app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ViennaAirport might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ViennaAirport. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ViennaAirport then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ViennaAirport not working

2. Fix ViennaAirport Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ViennaAirport be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ViennaAirport not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ViennaAirport may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
