My6 Customer Insights

1. They said I can either pick it in person and have me pay $45 for shipping it to NYC (even though I've provided all the verification details): basically making it nearly impossible for me to get back the device (that's also after waiting 10 minutes for themlove the app, came in handy in several occasions but it won't save my info and lately it keeps saying error when I try and book a room.

2. The only thing I'd complain about, if anything, would have to be the ants!! The staff here are amazing, and there's a pool at this location too!! Which is very nice, considering this extremely hot weather!! This would honestly have to be my favorite Motel 6 out of all the others I stayed at and it's affordable too!!Yet another app that tries so hard to think for you that you have to run multiple searches to find anything.

3. I asked my brother to pick it up (I live in NYC), called them to verify my identity with my DL, stay room, booking number... Etc.

4. If they have vacant rooms available and it's not super busy sometimes I've been lucky enough to get a room way before 3p.

5. I feel like policy's need to be revised.I have been here over three months and other then the bug issue I have received great service and they did handle the bug issue and Ms.

6. I have been at better places with the worst service but the staff here is awesome ❤❤❤❤❤They stole my Kindle: - I forgot my Kindle at that location.

It's not necessarily a bad thing to let people see more than the narrow searchmotel 6 in Capitol heights maryland I advise you go and spend your money at laquinta which is right next door for maybe 10 dollars more it has a pool tho, the country inn is also only 2 dollars more but you get more for your money.

8. After being denied a full refund we were forced to take a 3rd room that sounded like it was the room of an employee.

9. when I arrived, the room looked clean until I started walking around my room Thoroughly.

10. but also, an option for flexible dates & prices would be nice to add!In reference to the motel and checking in was terrible.

11. I suggest Signing up for A My6 Account, without one a room might run u 90 bucks...... with My6 74.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My6 Issues

1. Fix My6 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My6: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My6 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My6" » Open My6 - Book & Save » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My6 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My6 - Book & Save app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My6 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My6 - Book & Save" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My6 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My6 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My6. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My6 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My6 not working


2. Fix My6 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My6 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My6 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My6 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
