Thanks a lot.Good app but when you do a backup of your locations and you try to save it to your drive it will crash ....need fix asap but it is a good appThis is a super easy way to locate your car in a large parking lot or finding your way back to a location when out hiking.The app provides the exact feature I desire.

2. Yesterday I downloaded the newest version from Google Play, unless you updated it an hour after I installed it...Saves address and Pins without needing a start and stop point first which is excatly what I wanted.

7. Was hoping this app would let me pin the GPS coordinates of rocks in our fields as we're plowing and planting them to pick up with bucket truck after planting but app doesn't work after installing.

1. Fix Pin Locations Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pin Locations: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pin Locations App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pin Locations" » Open Pin Locations - Save, Navigate » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pin Locations » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pin Locations - Save, Navigate app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pin Locations servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pin Locations - Save, Navigate" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pin Locations app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pin Locations might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pin Locations. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pin Locations then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pin Locations not working

2. Fix Pin Locations Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pin Locations be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pin Locations not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pin Locations may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
