1. Does not even start anymore... Already sent a lot of crash reports but they seem unable to do something...Awful, and completely useless, if i could give a negative score i would.

2. Disappointed when compared to Aena (Spanish airports) for example...My old BA boardingpasses keep popping up as push notifications when I get to any airport.

3. Not all 18:9 phones can actually force the app to fill the screen (Galaxy S8/S9 can, but Pixel 2, Xperia XZ3 actually can't).
