1. This is my favorite set of exercises among other yoga apps.Please change this military /football whistle for the beginning of exercise... Is the most anti yoga sound you could find.... And if could add relaxing music or the chance to ise some of user music would be great... But this whistle....Great beginners tool.
2. It's a lot longer than 10 mins in total, mote like 40, but you can skip poses and start on a different exercise each time.10 minute yoga is really 20 - 25 minutes, nevertheless I love that both left and right side exercises were added.
3. The exercises are nice, but the app is called 10 minute yoga, and the shortest program is 20 minutes and a third of it is the "get ready" time.
4. The difficulty should determine the exercises included rather than just the duration of a position, which should its own separate option.It actually takes 26 minutes from start to finish without breaks.
5. I loved it.No flow, no thoughts put into the poses, zero transition, when a pose is done on one side there isn't an opportunity to do it on the other side because it's just a bunch of randomized poses picked out by a poorly written algorithm.
6. Some moves are not for begginersIt is a good training apps; but some times the ending alert for each training movement; does not work to be ready for the next movement training.
7. None the less Great app, ads are displayed in a respectable manner compared to alot of other apps & the timing wissel helps.
8. Good luck for every body.It's a wonderful app with very effective exercises for people with busy schedule.
9. Guys got fixed bugs with two sided exercises, also someinor bugs with the sound got fixed.
10. In just 20 minutes, you will be sweating, breathing heavily and move almost all your body parts.
11. Really helpful for motivation! I felt empowered, encouraged and directed with simple guidance.
