I have one issue though, that could probably be fixed easily in a firmware update: the watch is set to look for sleep between 10pm and 8am but I work night shift, so it doesn't record my sleep but does accuse me of sleeping at my desk if I don't move enough 🤣Bought this as the last one I bought was a load of rubbish, so far, this one's been okay, however when someone calls me the watch brings up a completely different name (for no reason at all) I've been trawling through settings etc and nothing I've done has resolved this issue.. it's irritating and I'm seriously considering sending it backVery good app that works great with my smart watch.

Would give five stars.The app is decent enough very simplistic, only issue iv had with it is that it doesnt monitor my sleep much its only done 2 days since iv gotten the watch I work nights and sleep during the day if the time is the issue maybe you can add a setting for monitoring sleep.Basic app.. not sure if phone or watch issue but gpx files are corrupt and can't be opened by other apps... GPS accuracy is ok but information collected in app is strange :).

3. Am I missing something?? It shows me on the watch and my pixel 4a that the watch is connected to bluetooth on my phone but the app still can't find my watch which is turned on, right next to my phone, and has been reset multiple times.

6. This app and the watch were a waste of timeEvery few wks I have to uninstall and install the app again due to it clitching and not working.

8. I'd suggest not getting either the app or the watches that pair with it unless I can figure out why it isn't finding the watch.

9. However with the only option being Metric OR Imperial, when measuring distance in Miles the temperature function is in °F and vice versa (Km - °C).

10. User interface is simple, although does need the ability to choose/change different aspects from Metric to Imperial.

1. Fix Going Fit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Going Fit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Going Fit App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Going Fit" » Open Going Fit » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Going Fit » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Going Fit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Going Fit servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Going Fit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Going Fit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Going Fit might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Going Fit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Going Fit then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Going Fit not working

2. Fix Going Fit Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Going Fit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Going Fit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Going Fit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
