1. I have been through some very challenging times with them , but just too lazy to start over with a new company , the staff are always helpful when I am able to get them on the phone ,and I agreed that it's very time consuming and frustrating to impute my login information every time I need to login, there was a time when I could login into my account just one time, my schedule not not always show my availability.completely useless.
2. Would love for a receipt to print out Everytime checking in a guest with the date and time of last haircut and any changes that were made.
3. The app does not allow auto-fill and "remember me" does not work, I have to fill in all 3 credentials to log in every time--it logs you out after a long time of inactivity.

9. Also, it just freezes and I can't use it....at all!!!!I am frustrated I can't make notes as my client leaves the salon to keep record of his /her haircut.
