1. I recommend you have a "digital card" under our profile to act as that proof.Some good stuff in the app but it's very slow and now gives an unknown server error for everythingNot user friendly.

2. My fit bit app syncs perfectly fine with my watch, which leads me to believe it's the lifeworks app causing the issue.The app keeps crashing due to an unknown server error.

3. One star missing because some of the perks say "show proof of LifeWorks membership" and there's no real "proof" it's very awkward when you are at a place asking for the discount.
