1. And if the timer is based on actual "clock" time it isn't accurate.Unfortunately, I paid for this app because I thought it would be good, but not only isn't it like the commercial I saw on TV, the preview screens on the app store also totally misrepresent what you get/see.
2. Basically all you do is put in your height and weight, how many steps you want, goal weight (which I was hoping would be more interactive according to how much I put in for time walking) and it gives you guided "workouts".
3. Big waste of time.Very disappointed not only in the paywall and no free trial period, but the content you get when you do pay isn't worth the money they charge.
4. However, I would've liked to have been able to watch the steps as they accrued as they counter would freeze and then update wherever it chose to.
5. It did show how quickly you should walk that distance for optimal results, but I feel setting your own small goals and working up to more challenging ones does that just as well.I downloaded the app a while ago.
6. It would seem that it would help your advertising for the app if steps were accurate and it appeared the goals were being achieved.
7. A couple of Google searches to calculate my BMI and how much I need to walk to stimulate weight loss could do the same thing.
8. I will use it for the walks but I just got a Galaxy watch and will use that to get an accurate step count.I wish I could rate this even less, as well.
9. Surely that would provide an opportunity to try out the app with the security of being able to cancel it and not be charged...because it's free.
10. I'm not renewing unless the app improves.WARNING: If you live/work out in a rural area, you won't be able to track your workout in real time.
11. Also, allow an update to your personal profile without reentering stats and we should be able to see a summary page and update our weight.
Double charge
I am having the same problem about 1 had about a week ago… my steps are not being tracked! I have walked about 7000 steps today and it shows I only have about 400 right now and it’s already 10 hours into the day! I love this app, and I am absolutely lost when it’s not working can you please resolve this problem for me thank you in advance!
My walk fit has been working perfectly until the last 2 to 3 days… now it is not recording all of my steps … I have been making my 10,000 steps almost daily… now I am only at 300 steps and it’s 8 hours in to the day
Please resolve the problem or cancel my contract and credit my account!

Walk-fit does not create a walking plan as it claims on the ad for the app, difficult to use, and not the service I expected- please refund.
I signed up for walk fit the 4/30 with the trail. The app wasn’t what I thought so the 2nd week I unsubscribed before my 1.00 trail was over and did think anything about it. Then I have been charged 3x at 17.47 each I didn’t catch it last month because It was just one charge but this month is was two charges in one month. I need to how to cancel this and think I deserve a refund.
