1. Total disappointment!!Had to to install the app twice as watch disconnect and would not connect back together again, the sleep monitoring doesn't work, email push service doesn't work and on top of that the watch when I'm wearing it keeps resetting back to the butterfly screen and all data like steps etc back to zero and heart monitoring every 60 mins doesn't work, very poor app!!I wish I can give this app negative stars.

All the best.I see a lot of bad reviews here, but as a whole i can say I'm pretty happy for an 18 buk watch its pretty smart looking compared to othe more expensive brands, yeah it could do a bit more but i didn't pay 250 buk for it so i expect it to be lacking in that part, yeah you can cheet the step counter but if you want an accurate count for exercise then you can reset the count.

3. All in all its a good watch for the price and a good little app could do with a few more functions .Working O.K. It doesn't have a gym option only running, swimming and a couple of ball games, would love to see weights and cardio as options.. Just wish it synced with Google fit, it came up as a hit when I searched for this option specifically.

4. The app in the watch don't communicate well... I'm using a Moto g pure and I've heard other people complain it's not connected to the watch when in fact it really is... Annoying!!! Not only that, there is a margin of error of about 27% in terms of calories! I'm updating my review this app is a total disgrace.

5. Read my txt any time? Really? Wish I knew all this before purchase.Bought the watch mainly for work so I wasn't looking for an expensive smartwatch.

6. Although the app is in English, it does suffer from the usual translation errors.Watch was connected for a few minutes and then dropped off.

7. Everything in the app works as expected - blood pressure measurement is off (the watch's fault, no doubt) and it would be useful to allow some adjustment of the values so it matches a more accurate device.

8. If you guys still have issues connecting your mobile with the watch, try switching off/remove all the sleeping apps in the background first (under App Management).

9. It's unfortunate that the very beautiful LIGE watch I bought is connected to this useless app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Walkfit Issues

1. Fix Walkfit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Walkfit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Walkfit App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Walkfit" » Open Walkfit » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Walkfit » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Walkfit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Walkfit servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Walkfit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Walkfit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Walkfit might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Walkfit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Walkfit then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Walkfit not working


2. Fix Walkfit Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Walkfit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Walkfit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Walkfit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
