WearFit2.0 Customer Insights

1. This whole thing is a tremendous disappointment and I much prefer my old watch that only offers blood pressure; at least my old watch does what it's supposed to reliably!After a year, the program is still not working correctly.

2. After charging the watch band, it would not re-connect to my phone, nor laptop computer.

3. The step counter from the watch does not carry to the application.

4. The watch won't connect to my phone or email.

5. I am seriously considering getting one more reliable.The watch its self works good, looks real nice.

6. I'm very 😥 dissatisfied.I like the watch, it does quite a bit, but it does not notify me of calls or messages even with all permissions on.

7. The watch has reset itself twice in this time and won't reconnect to the app which lost me all of my data.

8. The app sucks, Bluetooth connects, then good luck connecting with the watch.

9. Sometimes disconnects from the watch and can be a bit fiddly to get connected again.

10. At least the annoying advertisements are working, which was not in the agreement when i purchased the watch.

11. It still has the basic functions so I still gave it a few stars.Disconnects from band very easily, and I have to restart my phone to connect again.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix WearFit2.0 Issues

1. Fix WearFit2.0 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart WearFit2.0: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the WearFit2.0 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WearFit2.0" » Open WearFit2.0 » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WearFit2.0 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear WearFit2.0 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WearFit2.0 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WearFit2.0" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check WearFit2.0 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WearFit2.0 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall WearFit2.0. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WearFit2.0 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WearFit2.0 not working


2. Fix WearFit2.0 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WearFit2.0 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WearFit2.0 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WearFit2.0 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I bought your smart watch from Ali Express and the same was delivered to me since a week now. Ever since then, the background light turns on but nothing displays on the screen.   • I hesitate to file another complaint because you didn't even reply to the first one, but here goes. My WearFit 2.0 lasted a vey few weeks. It began malfunctioning by not recording my heart beat, then it wouldn't record my blood pressure. It then charged and ran down again within an hour. Now it won't even charge at all. Verdict: I am not at all happy. And how about a reply this time?

  • I have microwear T03 watch connected to WearFit 2.0 on my phone. It reads my medical stats correctly when I do a single read, but when reading every hour, it reads correctly for a while then starts showing my heart rate as 8 bpm and all the other readings out of range. If I reset to factory settings, it wipes my history, then reads correctly for a while then does it again.
    Is it the application that has the problem or is my watch with the problem ?

  • I cannot login via the app. It took long enough to get a verification code....seriously... why do you need this section for this app? And now I manage to get a verification code it wont accept the password!!! I really want to use this app because the watch is fairly accurate ? Maybe not the blood pressure but the rest is really good.

    I don't want to use another watch at the moment but what's the point of having this hardware when the software doesnt work.

    Astronauts don't cross their fingers while launching, I shouldn't have to have a stress heart attack trying to use an application to help me get healthier.

  • After using the Wearfit 2.0 app for two weeks, I have several problems.

    I use Android 10 (security update: March 5th, Android One, Nokia 3.4 2020 version, 14 GB free space on the inner memory) with T1 smart band.

    Tracking sport activities does not work. The app can't rack distance and kcals correctly and can't show or save data.

    After custom measuring do not save data. User can't see previous measuring data too. The app records only two data.

    Tracking steps does not work. After midnight, the app do not show previous day's data, weekly or monthly data.

    Often lose connection without a sound. This means, I can't fin my phone with my band.

    I'm disappointed. Wearfit with F1 Sport works like a charm. Please fix these problems or provide a working solution.

  • I own 2 smart watches, I9TH and Smart watch 9 with connectivity issues, they will not connect. I am using and Samsung Note 9 with android 10. I9Th worked briefly, Smart watch 9 worked for about a month. Neither one connects now. Last Android security update was March 1, 2021. I have a second Note 9 and a I9Th watch that works perfectly. I have reset the watches and uninstalled and reinstalled the wear fit program twice as well as restarted the phone and nothing seems to work.
