1. At times everything will pair except for the phone capabilities (which is the main reason I needed the watch in the first place).
2. I purchased 20 clock faces, and the are nice looking, but the store needs more and people should be able to change the clock face colors to what ever color they want on each clock face.
3. I'm not sure if it's the app or the watch, but when I tap "Find device", my watch face lights up and buzzes *slightly*.
4. The app does not seem to keep connection with the watch so I have to constantly remove the app and redownload, it will unpair when it feels like it for no reason.
5. Very disappointed about the software and the watch faces, I can't any serious one that I could use, even if you pay $2 each.
6. You should be able to add apps that give notifications or customize notifications (I don't want every single GMail notification showing up, just certain ones).The App is fine but it is not friendly to find all the configuration options.
7. I also ordered one of the business face but it will not let me put back on the watch.This app is horrible, terrible, and awful all in one.
8. You must turn your phone's power saving and limit background usage of the app.The software is missing appstore for regular apps for the phone.
9. I don't recomend this to anyone.My biggest gripe about this is the watch faces.
10. Phone and watch are paired.
11. I have the Bakeey I29, and the "Raise to Wake" feature is horrible, so I turned it off on the watch.

My watch isnt working to be more specific it is a black screen and nothing is showing and it is charged and everything but it is just a black screen i have shutdown the watch retsarted the watch and also factory reset the watch but it still shows a black screen the only way it doesnt show a black screen is if i apply pressure to the back of the watch and i mean a lot of pressure then the screen shows and it works fine but if i remove the pressure it is frozen again

My watch stopped charging. I have only had a week. Charged 2x before no issue. Very upset loved this watch! Own 10 other ones and this was my favorite! I review products and was just about to do one on this. Before the charging issue it was gonna get a 9/10. I hope you will replace the product asap and if so I will gladly still review and give a great rating for both product and customer service

To whom it may concern : Hello, I just purchased a smart watch and was directed to your app in order to activate it and pair it with my phone. I purchased an already installed dial for it and then seen that if I paid for a membership I could get free dials . So I was directed to PayPal where I signed in as a guest and paid the 4 dollar monthly membership fee but when I go back to the app, I am not a member yet still and it just directs me back to PayPal to pay for it again when I try anything. How can I resolve this issue ???

When I received my HW22 watch, I set it up with the Wearfit Pro app with no problem. I used it for a week until the battery finally died. I recharged the watch but could never get the app to connect to the watch again. I've tried everything including deleting the app and downloading it again. My iOS Bluetooth says HW22 is connected yet I cannot get the app to find the device. I have a iPhone 8 Plus running iOS Rev 14.8.1.
