1. It doesn't even update the time on the band so I can't even use it as a simple watch and stepometer without the app which I would be fine.The connection between the bracelet and my android is dropped multiple times a day despite the two items being constantly within 5-7 feet of each other.

My watch has the wrong time, the units are not what I normally use (but I'm a scientist so luckily I understand the metric system), and it keeps buzzing me awake in the middle of the night as my Temp readings jump all over the place.1. 8. Turn hourly reading and on the hour it reads correctly and some how provides all data back to 11 Jan 3* since I had to solve the problem.it works well for the most part.

9. Never 100% accurate but reliable.The shipment date on my watch is 10/26/2018.

10. Although I get a repeated message that says "connect success! " I've tried everything.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Wearfit Issues

1. Fix Wearfit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Wearfit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Wearfit App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wearfit" » Open Wearfit » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wearfit » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Wearfit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wearfit servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wearfit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Wearfit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wearfit might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Wearfit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wearfit then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wearfit not working


2. Fix Wearfit Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wearfit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wearfit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wearfit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
