About WearFit2.0

1. Mental health, heart rate, blood pressure measurement, blood tests, statistical exercise step, sleep time, physical situation palm in hand, at any time to monitor your health.

2. Set the call reminder for the WearFit2. 0 bracelet, the phone rings automatically when the phone calls, the phone will not miss the call in the bag.

WearFit2.0 Customer Insights

1. This whole thing is a tremendous disappointment and I much prefer my old watch that only offers blood pressure; at least my old watch does what it's supposed to reliably!After a year, the program is still not working correctly.

2. After charging the watch band, it would not re-connect to my phone, nor laptop computer.

3. The step counter from the watch does not carry to the application.

4. The watch won't connect to my phone or email.

5. I am seriously considering getting one more reliable.The watch its self works good, looks real nice.

6. I'm very 😥 dissatisfied.I like the watch, it does quite a bit, but it does not notify me of calls or messages even with all permissions on.

7. The watch has reset itself twice in this time and won't reconnect to the app which lost me all of my data.

8. The app sucks, Bluetooth connects, then good luck connecting with the watch.

9. Sometimes disconnects from the watch and can be a bit fiddly to get connected again.

10. At least the annoying advertisements are working, which was not in the agreement when i purchased the watch.

11. It still has the basic functions so I still gave it a few stars.Disconnects from band very easily, and I have to restart my phone to connect again.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix WearFit2.0 Issues

1. Fix WearFit2.0 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart WearFit2.0: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the WearFit2.0 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WearFit2.0" » Open WearFit2.0 » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WearFit2.0 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear WearFit2.0 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WearFit2.0 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WearFit2.0" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check WearFit2.0 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WearFit2.0 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall WearFit2.0. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WearFit2.0 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WearFit2.0 not working


2. Fix WearFit2.0 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WearFit2.0 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WearFit2.0 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WearFit2.0 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

The Wearfit app is now a huge aggravation! Additionally, your dumb message about robots and not accepting my complaint immediately makes me wonder if you care about customer issues.

  • I purchased a wearfit 2 and the temp always shows LO and know matter what I do I can't get the actual temperature to come up, as a result I bought another wearfit 2 and now I am having a problem getting the second unit to pair with my watch, I uninstalled the app for the first unit and am trying to install the second unit. I tried to scan the little square like the instruction say but with no luck, I still get the app and associated information for the first unit.     Dear support team,
    1.) I can log in to the PC. but not in the Wearfit app. A code is always requested, but I don't get it. What am I doing wrong?
    2.) In addition, advertisements are constantly displayed in the APP. I bought two health watches and do not want to see any advertising in the required APP.
    3.) For my wife, all of the data is only displayed in English. I need urgent help / answer for these three questions.

    1.) Ich kann mich am PC einloggen. jedoch nicht in der Wearfit App. Es wird immer ein Code verlangt, den ich aber nicht bekomme. Was mache ich falsch?
    2.) Außerdem wird in der APP dauernd Werbung eingeblendet. Ich habe zwei Gesundheitsuhren gakauft und möchte in der benötigten APP doch keine Werbung angezeigt bekommen.
    3.) Bei meiner Frau werden die gesamten Daten nur in Englisch angezeigt. Benötige für diese drei Fragen dringend eine Hilfe /Antwort.

  • On 9/4/21 I purchased a sport watch. It arrived on 28/5/21. That night (with some difficulty) I set to sync with my iPhone. However today is Sunday 30/5 and nothing much is satisfactory. Many attempts made to connect with my phone, however in spite of indicating it was connected, no download after many attempts. Nothing appears working, except the watch. No steps are recording. Unable to take and record anything like BP, pulse, steps or anything. Wifi on iPhone is fine, and appeared ok at first, but now not working. Please help. Not happy and I feel I have been SCAMMED!!
