1. All in all, it does what it says it was going to do, with the least amount of effort in my part and has reduced annoying telephone calls to zero.F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C. A must if you have a cellphone in the U.S. Blocks all unrecognized numbers, not for you if you need to receive inbound calls from random numbers.
2. It's a well written, helpful, and non intrusive app.Since Verizon Filter requires you to pay for a subscription to block calls with specific when specific prefix numbers, I figured they'd never do anything to actually help the customer since they are making money on it.
3. My phone would ring anywhere from 6 to 10 times a day with Spam calls; now my phone is silent all day (accept calls from people I actually want to talk to) and I love it!!Very happy! I I know there are mixed reviews recently for this app, but my experience has been very positive.
4. In my case, I had a neighbor lady making crank phone calls from both private and unknown numbers.
5. I simply wanted to route ALL calls not in my contacts to voicemail, without an alert to me, and that is exactly what it does! It is AWESOME because I do not have any more spam calls.
6. So I found Calls Blacklist and it does just that without me paying (has ads).
7. The flexibility of the blacklist rules are great, but it would be nice if they worked.Update: since I've gotten a newer modern phone, the app does not work as well as I like.
8. I set it as the defaul phone app as it requested, and it somehow blocked FEWER calls, missing 90-100% of them.
9. When I first started using it, I didn't set it as my default calling app, and it blocked about 50% of the calls it should have blocked.
10. I just don't want any unknown calls and so set to that setting.Worked great until it suddenly didn't anymore.
11. I was pleasantly suprised to open it up a few days later and saw where it had blocked spam calls exactly how I had hoped.
