1. When my previous call blocker croaked on me, I went through quite a few looking for an actual blocker for both text and phone, one that can block everything quietly, without notification or other noise! This one is easy to use, will notify w/o noise and is effective at doing the job that I need.

2. If all these issues were worked out, I could give this application a higher rating.Nearly 5 Star! I must have tried 10 different apps trying to find one that would truly block all calls except those in my contact list.

3. The few gripes I have are - app will not let you be in a group text, if you try sending a photo, it sends the recipient the photo multiple times (37 times once), app opens to blacklist instead of messenger and the Do Not Disturb periods don't seem to work.

4. Makes it not very useful as a default text client!Can't receive or send pics thru text.

5. U have to set it as default text app so switching the default every time you want to send or receive a picture just isn't practical.

6. It should easily block calls and texts from whomever you don't want to receive them from, but for some reason it just blocked pretty much everything.

7. I really son't understand why its so impossible to control blocking of texts and phone calls.I downloaded this app to try and stop junk texts, which it did.

8. Too bad the app doesn't work.Glitchy, but works sort of, if you keep it running in the background i can't use it as the default tho; it lags and freezes up too often.

9. The main problem is that when I go to send a text, if I type in a name it doesn't pull up the name.

1. Fix Call & SMS Blocker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Call & SMS Blocker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Call & SMS Blocker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Call & SMS Blocker" » Open Call & SMS Blocker - Blacklist » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Call & SMS Blocker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Call & SMS Blocker - Blacklist app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Call & SMS Blocker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Call & SMS Blocker - Blacklist" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Call & SMS Blocker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Call & SMS Blocker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Call & SMS Blocker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Call & SMS Blocker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Call & SMS Blocker not working

2. Fix Call & SMS Blocker Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Call & SMS Blocker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Call & SMS Blocker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Call & SMS Blocker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
