What a waste!!my husband bought me this watch and it worked with the old app with the green and white logo but this app won't even connect to the watch and what is with asking for a "slave device" it's very off-putting.More than a year after many posts about unable to sync, the issue remains the same: We apologize for the delay in resolving the issue.
3. Thinking of just calling it a loss and buying a whole new tracker by a better company.Welp, glad I wasted my money on a device that will never work! Just like every other review here, I've come to say that the device won't connect with my phone.
4. Extremely disappointed... To be honest I didn't much care about the fitness aspect of the watch... The main reason I purchased it was to tell time, I pretty much just cared for it to function as a watch... However, the only way to program it or adjust the time/date etc.
5. Literally every review for years says the same thing, how can it not be fixed yet?! And why are you still selling the watches if this is still a problem?! How dishonest to not be able to find this out until after you've already purchased the device.
6. No luck says it's for an older version of android and doesn't sync with the tracker.
7. So, I tried using the apps that did pop up when I searched but it still doesn't work with any of them.

9. is through an app but when I scanned the barcode and tried to look up the app on the play store, etc... it doesn't exist.
10. At the current time, it appears the issue with the app has not yet been resolved and our app team is working on in.
11. You can't even use it as a watch without it connecting.
