Why should I report an Issue with Vision - Smart Voice Assistant?

Edit: I got the bug fixed but the problem no is that whenever I open the app or enable it, my whole tablet goes crazy or does things I do not want it to do pls fix, Also make it respond to whatever u say.I realy like this app it is the good app for ever i wish i can find more apps like this app thank you for creating the app like this but the is only one problem the problem i that whenever i am connected to wifi it's shows the conversation but when i'm not connected it doesnt show the conversation it's shows sychronization and after that it's shows no internet check your connactionThis app is worst I wish there was 0 star rating .I was peacefully using an android 5 phone which can't run google assistant so I found this app which Work with this device , I was using Microsoft launcher for making this device look good but when I installed this app it broke Microsoft launcher and fully reset...

Or even adding a wavenet option.Love the concept but the app needs work I read a lot of the other reviews and I have the same problems that a lot of others do the app messes with my speech recognition and it messes with my volume making me missed calls love it but it needs work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😁Vision is great but whenever I open the app my tablet restarts.

3. makes phone slow and lag and uses alot of battery overall if you don't want to break your phone, I don't recomend this app (o_o)App u need to add commands and it doesn't even respond even if you do it just either pauses yo music or repeat the same annoying sound and (deep breaths) plz fix the app I really dont like writing mean reviewsVision is great and is packed with information.

4. When I add a command I want to be able to open apps and use apps! Widget!i just got the premium and im kinda sad it doesnt have more support for different smart devices like smart plugs or more wifi bulbs.

5. So I bought the whole thing in hopes it helps development because it still needs allot of work.

6. Another thing is i wish there was more text to speech voices like the google british one for example.

7. What I would like to see done: More customizing! I want to choose which map applications, which search engine, which news sources.

8. Not a bad app but upon download it offered me a discounted price to buy the full version of the app with everything unlocked.

1. Fix Vision Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vision: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vision App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vision" » Open Vision - Smart Voice Assistant » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vision » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vision - Smart Voice Assistant app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vision servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vision - Smart Voice Assistant" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vision app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vision might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vision. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vision then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vision not working

2. Fix Vision Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vision be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vision not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vision may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
