1. Have extracted the Alibi Witness app from my phone but don't know how to share it to my clients who have new phones and are now no longer able to install it.Channel one does not work in back up mode.
2. I need this to work to be able to monitor my cameras on my phone.This app will not work on the Alibi 4100 series DVR.
3. It isn't a video review, it is a picture that updates only every few minutes.Iam locked out due to not checking system and can not sign on because of password will not work.....I have 2 system a home and business and the both have problems.
4. Pretty sure the five-star reviews were posted by the app developers.Unable to install the app on my phone for my HD VISION cameras.
5. Does not push notifications to phone, does not identify motion in video timeline.
6. The home needs to properly work and the amount of money I have spent on both systems ......most people would not spend that......so locked out do to ????¿?Very buggy app, painfully annoying to use.

8. Once the program is opened, i get bombarded with all the notifications that did not come through originally.App no longer works with my recent Galaxy S10 software update to G973USQU2CSKP.
9. It worked!!! Since the issue, I have been able to communicate with the company and its developers.
10. No longer able to access cameras over cellular network.
11. Although a little more return communication would have been nice, they did seem concerned and motivated to fix the problem - and it appears that they were successful.
