1. it doesn't even deserve one star!! one more thing! i dislike that we can only see the video once, i would like to go and watch it again to remember what the advisor said.It's a great app fantastic ...with truly intuitive and accurate readers who are highly experienced always a lovely experience especially when u need an answer in a hurry .some of ppl who has done my reading where completely off while other seriously have a geniue gift and are very much on point and clear on detail, its a hit or miss , research and read before you select the advisor you wish to do your reading.

I can't connect sometimes when I need it most and want to use discount promo.I'm loving my experience on psychic vision, and have really gotten help and clarity on key things close to me that I've been trying to figure out...and in particular I'd like to give a special thank you to one of my all time favourite advisors, Anita! She's a phenomenal reader and advisor, most definitely recommend her...check her out!! ✨😇✨✨Unimpressed.

3. The admin really need to brush up on the readers they allow to work because if you want specific service or help in a reading, there's no way to know if who you're dealing with is qualified in that area of psi.

6. Sometimes slow and buggy but usually if I close it out and start it back up, it's fine.I've had good experiences on here some psychic's were spot on some not but since they changed it to psychic vision I haven't liked it so much.

7. i decided to message customer service and 13 hrs later NO RESPONSE! its been a total of 37 hrs now and nobody has responded.

1. Fix Psychic Vision Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Psychic Vision: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Psychic Vision App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Psychic Vision" » Open Psychic Vision: Video & Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Psychic Vision » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Psychic Vision: Video & Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Psychic Vision servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Psychic Vision: Video & Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Psychic Vision app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Psychic Vision might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Psychic Vision. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Psychic Vision then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Psychic Vision not working

2. Fix Psychic Vision Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Psychic Vision be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Psychic Vision not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Psychic Vision may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
