1. Would be nice to be able to navigate through the SD card and why does everything you make only go up to 32GB SD card? Do love the IRoar.doesn't connectJubba Jubba JubbiDoes what would want from across the room, but turn it on or off.

2. I thought this app would have all the speaker controls available, it does not!!! I get more usability from my actual music player app!Love the SD feature, wish I could also play music through the USB.

3. Downloaded music off my laptop installed in speaker and won't play! Moved source and keeps going back to BT mode.

4. Doesn't work! I have a 20 s Samsung galaxy ultra, the speaker is paired to my phone, app says it's not paired.

5. It would be great if that was available on at least one of the apps.Please provide better navigation to select song/folder for the SD card.

1. Fix iRoar Remote Assistant Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iRoar Remote Assistant: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iRoar Remote Assistant App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iRoar Remote Assistant" » Open iRoar Remote Assistant » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iRoar Remote Assistant » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iRoar Remote Assistant app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iRoar Remote Assistant servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iRoar Remote Assistant" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iRoar Remote Assistant app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iRoar Remote Assistant might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iRoar Remote Assistant. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iRoar Remote Assistant then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iRoar Remote Assistant not working

2. Fix iRoar Remote Assistant Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iRoar Remote Assistant be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iRoar Remote Assistant not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iRoar Remote Assistant may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
