1. In many ways this app works better and offers more than the old shorelines app! But I have to agree that the new scrolling icon screen to select a reservoir is a right royal pain !! Change than one function back to selecting a lake in a simple drop down list like before would be the only thing I can think of that this app needs!! 😎I've tried multiple times to open this app but all I get is a blank screen.

3. What is the point of this app? Shoreline was much much better!Since the change from smart lakes to shoreline all I get is a white screen with Alabama power at the bottom.I want Shorelines back.

4. It always shows No data on lake level & no data on the generator schedule.

1. Fix Shorelines Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Shorelines: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Shorelines App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Shorelines" » Open Shorelines » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shorelines » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Shorelines app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shorelines servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shorelines" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Shorelines app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shorelines might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Shorelines. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shorelines then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Shorelines not working

2. Fix Shorelines Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Shorelines be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Shorelines not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Shorelines may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
