1. Can use international Amex card if paying immediately, but cannot if choose to pay later.Why it is so hard to recover my account? I have both email and Phone number, but the app prevented me with the Date of birth information (Which would be impossible to update, unless you could logged in) 😕First of all, when you book a flight through app, it can't not automatically added to your trip, you will have to manually added everytime you want to check.

2. Absolutely useless companyThe main purpose when I open the app is to see and manage the current reservations or to book a new flight.

3. After researching, I found out that VNA flies to SFO so I tried to book from there but I kept getting messages that flights are booked 3 days before and 3 days after.

4. but the app never fails to disappoint, I cannot see my tickets, I cannot book a flight.

6. Checked on a reservation I made some weeks ago using the website, app says I have no reservations.

7. Keeps crashing or saying can't connect so call them! Can't book upgrades or extra luggage.

8. bacially anything and everything you want to do on the app it just fails at some point and then I have to go to the website to do the needful actions.

9. Airlines want us to use these apps, obviously it saves them money, but not a lot of help if it's no good.

1. Fix Vietnam Airlines Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vietnam Airlines: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
