1. would like to be able to use my email and password.I've been with another company for many years, then i found vcita and they blew the competion out of the water.With their automatic reminders for the people so i dont have to spend time calling them up .
2. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it, restarted my phone and still the same behavior.Their rep, Orel, kept calling and emailing and when I finally answered the phone and requested that they not blow up my email and phone like that, he didn't like me asking for him not to keep calling so he took it upon himself to cancel my whole account and blacklist my email so I cant even use it.
3. I love it.Terrible customer service They cancel my account without any reason I contacted them 4 times though email and live chat they promise they will look into it and guess what absolutely nothing happen.
4. so unless I allow them to email and call me everyday, I can't use their app.Customer Service Email Support Only After paying for the service, I realized there is no number to speak with anyone to troubleshoot.
5. good app if I didn't have to log in through the company link all the time.

7. I am paying €15/pm on a very basic booking plan but I can't log monthly memberships etc on the system as I was advised it would take a lot of time to set up.

11. If you rely on their service for business they would let you down big times.I was good earlier, but it is not opening when needed now.
