This is a good app.In first i think it is not gonna work but when i restart my phone after i delete all files that i don't need it works thank you so much it help me so much it removes the virus in my phone thank you soooo much i love this appThanks to this app, I could finally delete a file I had attempted to delete for a half hour.

Highly recommend it.The images are so small how you suppose to see what you are about to delete permanently With magnification please all these apps want to help but it's not helping.It got rid of a corrupted file that my file commander app couldn't delete and I'm breathing a huge sigh of relief.

3. After uninstalling and reinstalling, it basically reset itself to start fresh and was able to give permissions again and it works great.This app is fantastic for me! My chromebook was VERY clogged up, and I could not delete my vids because the file was read only.

4. With this app, it took me to the source of the videos to delete them directly! Thank you, SDelete!!I was trying to delete some EPUB files since last 3-4 hours.

5. After about an hour I get sufficient function to see a repeated message saying S Delete isn't responding, I click wait and message appears again.

6. If I try to delete free space, it reaches around 15% and that's it, phone turns off, turns on, turns off, screen blanks, can't even turn phone off myself.

1. Fix SDelete Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SDelete: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SDelete App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SDelete" » Open SDelete - File Shredder » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SDelete » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SDelete - File Shredder app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SDelete servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SDelete - File Shredder" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SDelete app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SDelete might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SDelete. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SDelete then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SDelete not working

2. Fix SDelete Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SDelete be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SDelete not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SDelete may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
