1. Am I wrong in assuming that an alert is supposed to go to my phone when motion is detected? Have allowed for push notifications, powered down my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled app.No matter how many times I set my preferences my 2 cameras puck up every sound , flicker of a leaf, polin fluff, shadow from sun movement.

2. Please provide a fix!The camera I purchased works fine, great picture and easy initial install..however, I am not receiving ANY notifications on my phone.

3. The camera quality is great and works great.The only problem I have and why I took down one star is because I can't seem to receive the 18 months of free cloud service as promoted when I purchased it.

4. I will keep the cameras, provided the recording issue can be fixed so that i can see video from both camerasAlthough it basically works, there are a couple of remarks I would like to make: - I cannot switch OFF both the infrared leds and white leds at night.

5. DEVELOPERS: PLEASE TELL US HOW TO TURN THIS OFF!When motion is detected, playback only shows the stationary camera recording, not the PTZ gimbal camera record.

6. Motion detection operates great and returns to last position it was manully set to.

7. I can change them in the settings of Android 10 but this has no effect.So far, it's a great product.

8. If they help keep I will change my rating to 5 stars.It stays offline more than on and has never worked at night.

9. You will need to remove the memory card from the camera and view it on your PC.

10. Why is it saying network is abnormal?What's wrong with this app is its inability to view recorded videos from a memory card.

11. Night vision is great.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix iCam365 Issues

1. Fix iCam365 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart iCam365: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the iCam365 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iCam365" » Open iCam365 » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iCam365 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear iCam365 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iCam365 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iCam365" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check iCam365 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iCam365 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall iCam365. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iCam365 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iCam365 not working


2. Fix iCam365 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iCam365 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iCam365 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iCam365 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
