4. Always choose FILE EXPLORER to pick files to shred, then go to INTERNAL STORAGE or SD CARD, then PICTURES (or whatever), & pick the ones starting w/ "trashed" in the name.

1. Restart Secure Erase iShredder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Secure Erase iShredder App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Secure Erase iShredder" » Open Secure Erase iShredder » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Secure Erase iShredder » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Secure Erase iShredder app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Secure Erase iShredder servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Secure Erase iShredder" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Secure Erase iShredder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Secure Erase iShredder might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Secure Erase iShredder. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Secure Erase iShredder then reinstall.
