1. So I don't waste taking up space I use the regular site .Straight talk cloud is very handy included in the price of monthly service which I get at a discount for it being set up on auto pay so the money I save on plan each month essentially pays for the extra 100 G Cloud storage very easy to use, aka user friendly and good looking/functioning user interface I definitely recommend it's worth the little extra each monthI have 100GB of cloud storage with my plan and absolutely no way to access it.

2. Very frustrating.Straight talk cloud, in general, is pretty much an extension of what the company offers (a screaming deal unless you're doesn't work & there are issues) but it's cheap, cheap enough that it wouldn't matter if the cloud worked just to use the service (paid for itself already) except that Verizon just purchased it so now it's fundamentally f'd- time to switch again.

3. $45=4500 pts.?? Really needed it now.Such BS! I bought a Gold level card for service, right on the card itself says Gold level comes with 100gb of cloud storage.

4. This feature I feel would highly benefit service providers of all networks versus third party and manufacturer based clouds.I've been with straight talk wireless for at least twenty years, even back in the day.

5. I can't recall off hand if it was selective service plan related , or region location related , but I wasn't able to use this feature (on Samsung Galaxy A50) as of Feb 2020 roughly when I believe I discovered it.

6. I don't need the Hotspot or the cloud storage, since there are so many other options that actually work.What a disappointment 😞 This is just another app to take up space that I don't have to spare & I already have more than one app that's factory installed so I'm going to use them.

7. Having a home phone with the company that I now only h a very the cell phone service with! I had to get a new debit card sent to me and it will be delivered in a few days via UPS.

8. Even my Straight Talk app sucks big time, I can always depend on it screwing up and I can never, ( I mean never) get any usefulness from this app or get into this storage.

9. I needed an extension, but I was denied , so I seriously pray my service isn't disconnected before my new debit card shows up .

1. Fix Straight Talk Cloud Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Straight Talk Cloud: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Straight Talk Cloud App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Straight Talk Cloud" » Open Straight Talk Cloud » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Straight Talk Cloud » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Straight Talk Cloud app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Straight Talk Cloud servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Straight Talk Cloud" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Straight Talk Cloud app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Straight Talk Cloud might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Straight Talk Cloud. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Straight Talk Cloud then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Straight Talk Cloud not working

2. Fix Straight Talk Cloud Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Straight Talk Cloud be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Straight Talk Cloud not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Straight Talk Cloud may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
