Why should I report an Issue with WhatsDelete: Recover Messages?

1. The app was working perfectly fine for me but then stopped all of a sudden, I've installed and deleted numerous times but i keep coming up with the same issue, the moment i tap on the app, i get kicked right out.Not exactly working , someone deleted message after sending me but still it is showing conversation of yesterday only I don't know when it will show me message deleted today and also don't they will show me or not LOLThe app will not open.

While there are other alternatives.It's not working in my phone, no delete message including photos voice videos are being saved.I'm so much disappointed because of this app I have granted all permission but sometimes it run automatically in background but sometime not and it is also unable to recover any thing a fake engagement and rating on play store for it.

3. It just stop working all of a sudden even after numerous reinstalls.In "Running services" (Developer options) WhatsDelele using more than 700 MB RAM, highest RAM using app.

4. Google must remove these kind of fake apps.When I downloaded the App I wanted to see deleted messages.At first it seemed to be doing just that.

5. I'm deleting this App sorry.Great app, I wish stickers and videos can be viewed too on the app.

6. 2nd is google (about 300 MB), 3rd is Settings (about 250 MB), others are much less.

7. But now, it's showing exactly what WhatsApp is showing me.

1. Fix WhatsDelete Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WhatsDelete: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WhatsDelete App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WhatsDelete" » Open WhatsDelete: Recover Messages » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WhatsDelete » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WhatsDelete: Recover Messages app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WhatsDelete servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WhatsDelete: Recover Messages" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WhatsDelete app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WhatsDelete might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WhatsDelete. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WhatsDelete then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WhatsDelete not working

2. Fix WhatsDelete Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WhatsDelete be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WhatsDelete not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WhatsDelete may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
