  • I have had this successfully for about two years now it wont let me log in on my ipad , i have the right password but it makes me enter a random number or letters in a picture . Unfortunately i dont see so well so cant make them out clearly so keep getting them wrong which means i cant get in to my security cameras on the ipad . The iphone one however is still working .   • Replaced modem with WiFi upgrade at home. Cameras on phone were not working. Entered IP address off of monitor and then they worked but only at home (on home WiFi).   • My system is apparently set up for 32 cameras. I currently have 22 installed. I have it set to cycle through all cameras to view but its also showing the 10 blank (non-existent) cameras.   • I have lost the pictures on both my apps on my iPad and iPhone
    I have deleted a reinstated the app on the iPad but I still don’t have any picture andd I am trying to login on the iPhone and you have said several times that you will send me a verification code by email you sent 1 but it did not work and then you have not sent another one as it said you would, I think the picture code is poor as well as it’s very hard to read

  • Why can’t I the resolution on SuperLive Plus on my iPhone and it stays. I find it absolutely annoying and worthless to have it stream in low resolution. I set the app to high res and it changes
    In a few minutes. My eye sight needs high resolution and would gladly sacrifice the smooth play. Freaking annoying, why have the option?
