The only thing I would change is the location of the Optimize button when looking at your plan and move it left.It's easy to use, I love the search menus feature, and if the lines part actually works it'll be great for my trip in a few months, but there's a subscription for this, and unfortunately a lot of the info is just not up to date.

2. As it is, by accidentally touching that option, my plan was wiped out.Incredible planning tool! I wasn't going to review it until we returned but this absolutely saved us hours in lines.

5. Modifying your plan is not as easy as you'd think because the drag and drop feature of the app for ride order doesn't consistently allow you to drag and drop.

6. Too long didn't read version, love the website and the theory of the app but the app is not well designed.we have successfully used this app and have paid for the online subscription for over five years.

7. I also like that it can be crowdsourced by timing people's actual time in line to help keep things updated and accurate.

1. Fix Disney World Lines Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Disney World Lines: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Disney World Lines App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Disney World Lines" » Open Disney World Lines by TouringP » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Disney World Lines » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Disney World Lines by TouringP app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Disney World Lines servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Disney World Lines by TouringP" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Disney World Lines app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Disney World Lines might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Disney World Lines. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Disney World Lines then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Disney World Lines not working

2. Fix Disney World Lines Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Disney World Lines be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Disney World Lines not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Disney World Lines may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
