1. Is it possible to add custom cities manually that are not in the list (other than current location)? I tried to edit the details for a city's latitude and longitude to create a new location in the same time zone,, but the weather did not update.It works nice! Easy setup.

2. Do help though it is not a major issue.Very helpful app if you need to compare time and weather in different cities.

3. New issue, very annoying.Like the app, and would rate higher if not for issue, travel quite often but the issue I have is my widget always has at least two different countries and the time never updates unless I resize the widget.

4. Do all that, and you have a 5-star app!Well it's nice to see the times in the cities that I will be visiting but the weather keeps dropping off.

5. Can this be fixed? Well, the weather information still keeps disappearing after a couple of days so I have reduced the stars to two.

1. Fix World Clock & Weather Widget Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart World Clock & Weather Widget: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the World Clock & Weather Widget App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "World Clock & Weather Widget" » Open World Clock & Weather Widget » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for World Clock & Weather Widget » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear World Clock & Weather Widget app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from World Clock & Weather Widget servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "World Clock & Weather Widget" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check World Clock & Weather Widget app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, World Clock & Weather Widget might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall World Clock & Weather Widget. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall World Clock & Weather Widget then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing World Clock & Weather Widget not working
