1. Important step: Make sure to link everyone in the party so getting tickets can be a breeze.I am not able to make dining reservations using the app on my Samsung phone.

2. It is also difficult to navigate and the way you view rides or attractions is not a very good UI setupThe app is full of great features but has way too many clicks to get to what you need.

3. So much of the Disney experience relies on this app now, that the failures and bugs and issues can totally mess things up, and cost you large amounts of valuable time.

4. Doing mobile orders is extremely unreliable, with most of the time it saying "something went wrong" and that I should talk to a cast member, but when I do they have no idea.

5. Overall, it was helpful but frustrating, good but far from great.Pretty horrible app, certain actions make the app crash.

6. Actually changing to one star because if your app crashes and prevents you from joining virtual queue then you're out of luck.. please remove virtual queue it's a horrible way to try to do anything in the park.

7. For dining reservations, I preferred the Disney dining telephone hotline.

8. That said, it is still buggy, inconsistent,at times incoherent, with a poor UI, and an almost intentionally confusing Genie+ fastpass system that feels designed this way to discourage us.

9. It needs to be streamlined on lighting lane rides, ordering food and parks/reservations so it wouldn't be so confusing.

10. The app works for other things, but I get error messages with dining reservations.

11. We traveled with DVC members who noted the Disney World app is betterThis app isn't that easy to usr, doesn't have a clear desctiption of how to use it.

1. Fix Disneyland Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Disneyland: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Disneyland App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Disneyland" » Open Disneyland® » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Disneyland » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Disneyland® app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Disneyland servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Disneyland®" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Disneyland app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Disneyland might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Disneyland. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Disneyland then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Disneyland not working

2. Fix Disneyland Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Disneyland be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Disneyland not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Disneyland may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
