Why should I report an Issue with Countdown for Disney?

1. They responded back every time, but didn't fix.Was led to believe this was a widget wanted a countdown to use as a screen saver on my phone, can not really do anything with it other than change the image and change the date, It also mentions fast passes in the notifications tab, they no longer use the fast pass system at Disney World so needs updating.

2. :(I paid the $0.99 for the customized widget thinking I'd be able to add it to my homescreen yeah no you cant it's just to change the color and size of it in the app it's not an actual widget edit to add: love it now that it's an actual widget! thank you so much!!This would be a great app if it was updated (fast pass no line exists, etc) and you could see the full widget not just the days.

3. It also states I can start making Dining Reservations now when I can't start making them yet for another 3 days 🙄🙄 I too also paid for the upgrade, dont waste your cash guysThe app would be good if it showed the correct amount of time left in the countdown.

4. Always having to change the travel date and then change it back for it to update.widget doesn't even show.

5. I just used this app for my trip in February with no issues.I downloaded the app but everytime I try to change the date it freezes.

6. Time to Uninstall and get a different one.I have used and loved this app and now it doesn't work and freezes I can't do anything? I have Uninstaller and reinstall the app and it still doesn't work 😥 Never had any issues before.

8. My Samsung Galaxy S8+ did a recent update, that caused my phone to do a factory reset.

9. I have an S9 and when I go to home screen to add widget, this one isn't even an option!!! I have another one and it worked fine.

1. Fix Countdown Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Countdown: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Countdown App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Countdown" » Open Countdown for Disney » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Countdown » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Countdown for Disney app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Countdown servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Countdown for Disney" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Countdown app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Countdown might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Countdown. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Countdown then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Countdown not working

2. Fix Countdown Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Countdown be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Countdown not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Countdown may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
