1. It's quick and light and I've found it very accurate.Bloody awful! As soon as you click on a bus stop it just logs right off.. what the hell?? It was my preferred app & now it doesn't work!! Disappointing.. gonna uninstall!!Having problem viewing bus stops and saved stops in my favourites.

2. Other times, it says that bus A will arrive at 12.30pm. Again upon arrival at the bus stop, it does not show up for another 10 to 15 minutes and I was late on numerous occasions for the past month as a result of this inaccuracies.

3. recently it's not been giving the right times for buses,, which makes it not such a helpful appBack to square one again i wish i never updated this, the original update was working fine.

4. can't see train and journey times displayed in journey planner results - only leave and arrive times, with leave time based on whatever assumed walking speed app uses.

5. NEARBY is not working again can you fix this once and for all can you check the update before you applying it in future or dont upload it this is really fustrating havent you lot got any common sense.

6. doesn't display local overground station in station list, tho will include it when using journey planner.

7. I know it's not countdown itself as other transport apps using countdown is working perfectly, so clearly its the app itselfAbsolutely brilliant for a free app.

8. But recently, whenever I check the next bus near my home, one minute it shows 5 minutes and when I arrive at the bus stop, it says 10 minutes.

9. walking route to rail station incorrect, despite map view showing current location accurately.

10. Not helpful at all and this needs to be TFL approved.useful. but can sometimes have a delay on finding the location if it's different to your usual.

1. Fix London Travel Free Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart London Travel Free: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the London Travel Free App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "London Travel Free" » Open London Travel Free - Bus & Tube » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for London Travel Free » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear London Travel Free - Bus & Tube app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from London Travel Free servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "London Travel Free - Bus & Tube" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check London Travel Free app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, London Travel Free might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall London Travel Free. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall London Travel Free then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing London Travel Free not working
