1. I had to click on "forgot my password" to be able to find a page where I could CREATE a profile in the first place!!! Terrible app, terrible mindset.I wish I would be able to contact the Dpt of Foreign affairs directly on the app.

2. Works fine in French! Hope that I will be able to use it in the case of emergency to return to Switzerland.Crashed 3 times when searching for country right after installation.

3. What a shame for Switzerland who most often sticks out of the mass in a very positive manner!Android 9 tells me that this App was built for an older Android version and might not work properly.

5. Please update the App.Don't pretend that this app is available in French when only a few titles are in French and all the rest in German.

1. Fix Travel Admin Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Travel Admin: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Travel Admin App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Travel Admin" » Open Travel Admin » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Travel Admin » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Travel Admin app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Travel Admin servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Travel Admin" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Travel Admin app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Travel Admin might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Travel Admin. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Travel Admin then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Travel Admin not working

2. Fix Travel Admin Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Travel Admin be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Travel Admin not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Travel Admin may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
