1. If you're trying to sell the full access pass then I would build brand loyalty by making an app that works reliably.Staring to become unreliable, I mysteriously get kicked out of "Go mode" mid trip to the point where I miss my stop.
2. I no longer have to anxiously wait at a bus stop, uncertain about when my ride will arrive. The GO Mode feature is very helpful for seeing live updates about your bus' location.
3. It be nice to be able to see entire bus route schedule for the week, or set alarms or schedule and pin certain certain stops in my specific days, like reoccurring time and route that is used.
4. Seems like the creators are just getting greedy and are willing to burn their app to the ground for sort term financial gain.To use this, it helps to remember that it is a map overlay app that is trying awkwardly to do other things too.
5. The app works more often than not, but the UI could use some tweaking to not be as cumbersome as it is now to navigate it and be provided with relevant information, as needed by the user, and user feedback for improvement, as would be needed by by the developer.I can't tell you how many times I've been late to class because this app doesn't work right.
6. tl;dr: trip planning good, fare payment underwhelming. The widget needs a complete overhaul for usability, relevance, UI, and optimization.
7. Less than 3 confirm dialogues to activate a ticket.I can confidently say that the Transit app is an absolute game-changer when it comes to navigating through my city and making commuting a breeze.
8. Also, please fix it back on how it used to be when we were able to look at the other bus lines while in "Go mode" uninterrupted.Adding way too many important features to the paid version.
9. I'd like to see this fixed in the future so I can re-enter GO Mode.It was easy to use, but now i dont even have the ability to view the routes that i normally use and it won't let you search for them.
10. If you need to access your riding history, or do anything with your local system when you are out of town, you need to scroll in the map from your current location all the way to somewhere within the system you are interested in.
11. If you don't start it before your bus' scheduled departure time, or if you accidentally close/crash the app, there is no way to return to GO Mode.
