1. I've gone back to using Transit, which seems more accurate (or at least doesn't purport to show a second by second countdown when the data is too granular for one).Being forced to switch to this app from the regular Transit app since the city is discontinuing it, and I do not like it.

2. Shows that the next cars aren't coming for upwards of 15+ minutes and then just keeps adding time rather than counting down...which tricked me a couple of times into thinking the streetcars were delayed - but it turned out the app was just wrong and cars were running as usual.

The old app had its problems for sure, but overall Rocketman is not better or easier to use.If you're looking for the most frustrating, unreliable, and innacurate transit app out there - this one's for you! In the time it takes me to load stop information, I can pretty much be at my destination.

4. Used to love this app, but now my favourites don't list all the estimated times - I have to click into it for it to show which is kind of the point of having favourites, for easy access.

5. Highly recommend staying away from this app!It used to work well but over the past couple months it consistently shows buses going in the opposite direction when I click to see where they are on the map.

6. Doesn't matter what Internet I'm connected to (data, wifi, it's all the same) it just doesn't work, and restarting the app/my phone doesn't help either.

7. The live tracking seems pretty accurate so far which is nice, but you still have to use Google for directions which hasn't always been accurate.

1. Fix Rocketman Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rocketman: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rocketman App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rocketman" » Open Rocketman – Bus & Train Times » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rocketman » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rocketman – Bus & Train Times app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rocketman servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rocketman – Bus & Train Times" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rocketman app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rocketman might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rocketman. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rocketman then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rocketman not working

2. Fix Rocketman Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rocketman be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rocketman not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rocketman may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
